Alphabet’s price per stock just hit an all-time high in thanks to positive Pixel reviews

Saying that Google’s Pixel phone is great would be an understatement. The feedback thus far has been astronomically good, so much that investors are taking notice. Just yesterday, Google’s parent company Alphabet rose to over $828 per share of stock, which is an all-time high. It’s pretty clear what to attribute that too.

Device reviewers and tech blogs like us are in the midst of writing and publishing insight and informational reviews for Google’s new Pixel phone, the first ever made from the inside out by Google. Shortly after written and video content started to go out, Pixel had made a name for itself. Analysis and reporters are calling the first-generation product “the best smartphone in existence,” beating out the likes of Samsung’s latest, Apple’s newest and many others.

Incoming feedback and reviews have been so positive, that the company’s closing stock price on Tuesday ended up being a good percentage up. According to Bloomberg, this surge has been driven thanks to Pixel. Interestingly, the handset hasn’t even released yet, and people around the world are already having trouble ordering one. Google itself and other retailers have stopped pre-orders due to a shortage and buyers are now finding out that Pixel has been back-ordered several weeks due to extraordinary demand.

For the first time ever, Google is taking hardware of their own seriously, in fact so serious that they have already spent millions of dollars advertising their new phone. It’s great to see that Google is getting the feedback it very much deserves, and we can’t wait to provide more on the handset once we get our model in-house. Tomorrow, October 20th, marks the official release day for both Pixel and Pixel XL. Stop in your local store to see if one’s available or check this post for our online buying guide including where to get it and for how much.
