As many of you probably know, there was a recent attack at the Istanbul airport located in Turkey. Just a few days ago, major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon waived costs for calls and texts going out to those in Turkey.
T-Mobile customers on an unlimited data plan may now use data when traveling to Europe. We’ve never seen such a thing from a U.S. carrier, but we’re flattered to hear T-Mobile’s first to do so.
The first few weeks of T-Mobile’s Tuesday promotions have been nothing but issues. Week one, people couldn’t get their free pizza. Week 2 was full of server issues. But, T-Mobile has come up with a temporary solution for the week coming to a conclusion.
AT&T is bringing Wi-Fi calling to select Android devices. The service allows users to make and receive calls as well as texts over Wi-Fi.
T-Mobile is adding to the list of supported programs on its Binge On service. This allows them to be used without conserving data.
