[Deal] Purchase a Galaxy Note 8 or Galaxy S8 and score free Gear IconX earbuds

Interested in a new Galaxy smartphone? You should probably wait, but Samsung is running a promotion right now that will land you a free pair of Gear IxonX buds if you make a smartphone purchase.

We’re just a few days out from Samsung’s MWC 2018 announcement of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. The company is eager to make shelf space for the new flagship hardware in order to meet demand, and to go about this it’s running a deal for buyers of Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8.

If you don’t mind buying a 2017 flagship smartphone, listen up. For a limited time, you can get a pair of Samsung’s latest Gear IconX wireless earbuds free of charge with a purchase of either Galaxy Note 8 or Galaxy S8. Since these phones already come with a $99 pair of high-quality wired AKG earbuds in the box, you’ll be getting two nice pairs of headphones, one for each occasion.

The Gear IconX earbuds being thrown in the bundle at no extra cost retail for $199 standalone. So think of this deal as close to $200 in savings. It’s a pretty nice gesture, and might be just enough of an incentive to persuade consumers to upgrade to one of last year’s models. Best of all, the earbuds will be mailed to you with the phone, so you don’t have to do any waiting. It’s also worth mentioning that Samsung’s trade-in offer is still active, so you can save up to $300 by giving in your old phone to lighten the bill, and still get the added earbuds. The deal is valid at the link below. You have until March 1 to decide.
