Latest Instagram update makes uploading media super easy

Another update is arriving for Instagram this week. Instagram highlights one major feature in the latest version of the app, which is uploading media such as photos and videos. Now, it’s even easier.

Instagram is all about making things simple for its users, and the latest version of the app does just that. Uploading photos and videos to your Instagram Story is now easier than it was before. Users of the social media service used to be limited to uploading just one photo at a time, but with the update, multiple pictures and videos can be uploaded simultaneously. The cap is now ten items per single upload, and a new edit screen will allow users to preview what they’ve selected and make appropriate edits, using all Instagram’s fancy tools, to all files or one file at a time. This will help heavy users of the service consume time for sure, which probably should have been the case since the beginning.

One other feature worth mentioning that is being added to the app with this update is Sticker Suggestion. From the name, you can probably tell what this is. The app will essentially suggest a location for stickers based on the content of the image. It sounds pretty cool, but I can’t imagine it working that great, at least for now.

That’s about it, folks! The update is rolling out today on Android. iOS users will get the same update some time in the next few weeks. Download the app from the link in brackets below or update your existing app from the Play Store. Let us know if you see the changes!
