Are you a customer of Sprint’s unlimited plan? If so, you’re in luck, because the carrier just gave you free access to Hulu premium.
Announced as a result of a partnership between Sprint, America’s fourth largest cellular network by subscribers, and Hulu, one of America’s more popular video streaming services, is free Hulu premium access for Sprint unlimited customers.
Current and future Sprint unlimited customers will have this added perk as a nice gesture for being part of Sprint’s network. The promotion went live on Friday, giving subscribers of any Sprint unlimited plan free access to some of the more popular TV shows out right now.
If you’re familiar with the different options available for Hulu, understand that you’re getting the Limited Commercial option as a result of your membership with Sprint. This plan typically runs for $7.99/month, but it’s now free, so long as you remain a loyal Sprint customer.
Sprint also made note of an upcoming announcement that could allow its unlimited customers to upgrade Hulu even further, at a discounted price. The upgrade option is expected to add sports content as well as Hulu’s live TV plan. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet.
