OnePlus is expected to announce a OnePlus 5 successor, namely the ‘OnePlus 5T,’ some time soon. The company, its CEO, and founders, have been busy teasing the yet to be announced smartphone all over Twitter lately, revealing some of its features and specifications. Now, they have begun teasing the phone’s design, and there’s something they clearly want you to know.
The rumor mill starts to buzz again as a possible poster of the upcoming OnePlus 5T smartphone has surfaced. The promotional poster states that there is a “live event” scheduled for November 16. Though, it leaves a space blank for when exactly the phone will become available.
Just when we thought smartphone launch season was over, Razer, OnePlus and Huawei seem to have other plans in mind. Over the last several months, Samsung announced a new phone, LG brought a new phone to market, and so did Google with a few others as well. Normally, these are the companies who wrap up the year, but this might not be the case for this year, as we learned this week.
What OnePlus is doing with its flagship Android phones is becoming of mystery to everyone. The Chinese manufacturer came out with a OnePlus 3, which was shortly thereafter succeeded by a OnePlus 3T. Then, the company announced OnePlus 5 just a matter of months ago, and now it appears that a OnePlus 5T is in the works, despite reports concluding that the OnePlus 5 would be the OEM’s last of the year.
