The held annually IFA trade show began this week in Berlin, where dozens of tech companies gather together under one roof to announce their latest projects. Among them making an appearance were Samsung, HTC, Sony, Lenovo, Huawei, and ASUS.
This week was jam-packed full of news. Companies located throughout the globe launched new hardware, some of which include smartwatches, smartphones, tablets, and accessories. If you’ve been tuning in and out of Droid Turf, then you probably now that we’ve been covering the event from top to bottom.
The event has merely started and we have already reported on a wide range of gadgets entering the tech space. Early in the week, Samsung announced a Gear S2 successor in that of its Gear S3. But they weren’t alone. ASUS also treated us to a new product of their own in that of a ZenWatch refresh. One day later, we reported on new arrivals from Lenovo, Sony, HTC, and Huawei.
Most of the tech announced at the event thus far is set to launch later this Fall. However, some products have been slated for later this year in time for the holiday shopping rush. The event will continue on into next week, so we expect to have more products to show you before IFA 16 gets out.
