LG G6 smartphone owners in China can now sample Google’s Android 8.0 Oreo software with beta V19A. This is good news, even for those of you who own an LG G6 and don’t reside in China, because it likely means that a public update is just around the corner.

We have exciting news for Essential PH-1 owners currently on the Android 8.0 Oreo beta track. Beta 2 is now being rolled out for download and installation. The build number is OPM1.170911.213, and it should include a handful of patches and bug fixes as you would expect.
Huawei’s CEO has confirmed to a source that two of the company’s year-old Honor devices will indeed be updated to Google’s Oreo software. We’re talking about the Honor 8 and Honor 8 Pro.
