Google’s Project Fi app adds support for U.S. Cellular in latest update

Google_Project_Fi_white_backgroundAn update has been sent out to Google’s Project Fi application giving it support for U.S. Cellular. The update is live in the Play Store now.

Google’s latest partner for its Fi MVNO is U.S. Cellular. This adds to the already existing supporters, T-Mobile and Sprint. With this update, your compatible smartphone should receive stronger reception perhaps in places it didn’t get before. It should also expand the coverage area. Additionally, the update brings several bug fixes and performance improvements making the network/app far more stable.
