Huawei has made some memorable watches in the past, and just a few days ago, the company introduced a new timepiece in the fourth-gen TalkBand B5.

At MWC 2018 in February, Huawei showed off an upcoming series of Android-powered tablets. After four months, these MediaPad M5 slates are now available in the United States.
Third-party ROMs allow smartphone owners to customize and mod their device in just about any way feasible. As if Android was not customizable enough, some Android OEMs elect to support bootloader unlocking. Huawei is one of them and to keep its devices open to heavy customization, the Chinese OEM has always had a bootloader unlock program. In disappointing news for some of you, the program is shutting down.

We heard about the next-gen Huawei Watch from the company’s CEO at MWC 2018, and a few other Wear OS smartwatches are expected out this year as well. But don’t get your hopes up for something brand new with the next Huawei Watch, at least according to Evan Blass who posted on Twitter.
